2. The temperature regulation of the proposed thin water alumina rotary kiln should be stable, and the feeding system of the kiln must be controlled. Firstly, constant material control is considered, and the metering control unit is used to adjust the feeding amount of the skirt feeder to achieve uniform feeding.


At the same time, the metering control unit fine tunes the screw of the batching bin to make the batching branch follow, and provides an average adjustment signal for the kiln tail temperature and kiln temperature outside the batching adjustment circuit, forming a series machine adjustment circuit to overcome the phenomenon of over burning or under burning of pseudo boehmite under the operating state caused by macroscopic temperature interference in the kiln. In addition, the rotary kiln detection and control system has also designed a closed-loop regulation circuit for negative pressure exhaust at the kiln end and an interlocking protection circuit for motor operation.
