To enhance product quality control across the entire lifecycle, the company has strategically established a comprehensive testing center equipped with advanced analytical instruments including atomic fluorescence photometers, laser particle size analyzers, micro-powder characteristic analyzers, X-ray diffractometers, and BET surface area analyzers. This facility enables real-time detection and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, with closed-loop improvement mechanisms ensuring continuous quality optimization.
The testing operations strictly adhere to ISO9001 quality management system standards, implementing rigorous process controls that encompass supplier qualification audits, in-process quality monitoring, and final product certification. Through regular internal audits and management reviews, the system maintains effective operation while driving continuous improvement.
Particularly noteworthy is the 100-class cleanroom production environment, which complies with ISO 14644-1 standards for semiconductor manufacturing. This controlled environment maintains ≤3,520 particles (≥0.5μm) per cubic meter, effectively eliminating particulate contamination risks during production. Combined with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection measures and personnel purification protocols, the facility ensures product cleanliness meets the stringent requirements of semiconductor applications.
